About Us
Our Duty Pharmacy Managers are supported by wider store teams – security, stock replenishment, range management, and administration – to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for our customers and patients, while maintaining their and our colleague’s safety.
We offer high flexibility and control over work rotas, enabling overlap periods with other pharmacists on duty so ideas about patient care and colleague development can be shared.
We welcome conversations about flexible working and support each other through life changes such as becoming a carer, nearing retirement, parenting, or other personal moments.
Everyone’s Welcome
To us, inclusivity means every voice is heard and you feel comfortable bringing every part of yourself to work. We celebrate and value everything that makes you, you, and ensure equal access to opportunities across our diverse working patterns.
