District Nurse Lead: In-Home Planned Care

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a motivated District Nurse to join our community team in Wych Cross, England. This role will involve delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, managing a caseload, and leading a team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants (HCAs).

The successful candidate will have a District Nursing qualification (DN SPQ) and demonstrate compassion and flexibility. You will contribute to the continuity of care and work within a supportive team structure during our service hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm, 7 days per week.
