As the Deputy Manager within Burgess Manor, you will work closely with service users to promote independence, dignity, and overall well‑being. You will work alongside the Home Manager, providing both clinical and managerial advice and support.
The role is for 39 hours per week, including two nursing shifts and the remainder as supernumerary, some weekend work is required.
Burgess Manor Care Home provides a stimulating, specialist environment for residents living with varying levels of Dementia, Mental Health and General Nursing.
