Senior Primary Care Mental Health Clinician (Band 7)

The Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) is seeking a Senior Primary Care Mental Health Practitioner (Band 7) to join our HaLo Primary Care Network. This role involves working across various GP surgeries in the St Albans area and requires travel between PCN sites as well as for mandatory training.

In this position, you will conduct mental health assessments and interventions, lead service innovations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care within the community.
