Clinical Delivery Team Manager – Integrated Contact Centre

The Clinical Delivery team is seeking a highly motivated individual with evidence-based knowledge and experience to join our Integrated Contact Centre (ICC). This role will support and lead a multidisciplinary team, providing 24‑hour coverage across the NWAS ICC footprint and traveling to all ICC sites as required to ensure presence and support.

Key responsibilities include providing visible leadership, coaching and developing staff, delivering and encouraging Trust strategies and values, ensuring team access to education and support to meet Trust targets, managing sickness and absence, conducting monthly 1‑2‑1s, delivering KPIs, and guiding staff through Performance Management Plans.
