Motability Specialist – Seat

We’re looking for a customer-focused Motability Specialist to join our Seatdealership in Liverpool.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming and supporting Motability customers both in person, online, and over the phone
• Guiding customers through the Motability Scheme and explaining vehicle options, eligibility, and benefits
• Understanding individual mobility needs and matching customers with the right vehicle solution
• Managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
• Building long-term relationships through follow-ups, updates, and outstanding customer care
• Working closely with the wider sales team to deliver an exceptional dealership experience
• Ensuring all Motability paperwork and processes are completed accurately and compliantly

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a customer-facing sales or service role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A caring, patient, and professional approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Motivated, driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
• Experience with the Motability Scheme would be advantageous, but not essential
• Full UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months)
