Quantity Surveyor – APC Path to Chartership | Autonomy

The Construction Index Ltd is looking for a Quantity Surveyor in Oxfordshire. This role is tailored for someone working towards their APC or recently chartered with RICS. You will manage various projects valued between £500K and £15M, taking ownership from inception through to completion.

Ideal candidates will have a BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar and a minimum of 2 years’ experience with a PQS firm. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to prepare cost plans and undertake tender analysis.

This position offers good promotion prospects and the opportunity for more autonomy in your work.
