JOB TITLE: Commercial Gas Engineer

LOCATION: Surrey and London

SALARY: £45,000 – £55,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Benefits: van, fuelcard, overtime

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair a wide range of commercial gas systems and mechanical/plantroom equipment.
• Carry out Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and meet KPI targets for high‑end apartment blocks (community heating systems) and offices.
• Respond to emergency calls on a 24‑hour rota.
• Follow annual leave schedule of 1 in 7‑23 days.
• Opportunity to develop additional skills in HVAC and electrical.

Candidate Requirements

• Recognized industry qualifications, including ACS tickets.
• Good customer‑service skills, well‑presented and articulate.
• Ability to diagnose and repair faults on commercial gas systems and mechanical systems.
• Experience with HVAC maintenance contracts is advantageous but not essential.
• Motivated, trustworthy, team player, loyal and reliable.
