Electrical Project Manager

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

An established building services and facilities business is looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join its growing Projects team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong electrical background who enjoys managing multiple projects from initial survey through to completion. You’ll work across a varied portfolio of commercial projects including electrical installations, upgrades, refurbishments and M&E works.

The Role

• Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously from survey through to handover.
• Carry out site surveys, scope works and support the estimating process.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Oversee project programmes, budgets and commercial performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Work closely with internal design and operations teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Electrical Supervisor.
• Strong electrical background with experience delivering commercial projects.
• Experience managing multiple live projects at any one time.
• Comfortable managing subcontractors, programmes and client relationships.
• Commercial awareness with experience of quotations, variations and project costs.
• SMSTS or equivalent preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
