MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Location: Nuneaton
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

We are a fast‑paced, expanding producer seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team.
In this role you will be responsible for the mechanical maintenance of production equipment, including fault finding, responding to breakdowns, and carrying out planned preventive maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently and reliably. You will also support continuous improvement projects, machinery upgrades, and equipment installations, working closely with production teams to maximise performance and minimise downtime.

- Experience with belts, bearings, pulleys, shafts, gearboxes, chains, pumps, hydraulics
- Welding experience
- Can do attitude and driven
