Junior Electrical Maintenance Engineer – 3 On 3 Off, £41,000 – £46,000 (£50K OTE). Located in Oswestry, Shropshire. Works 6am‑6pm, 3‑on‑3‑off shift pattern. Company manufactures 55 million units per year and offers funded training, progression, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Fault‑finding and carrying out planned, preventive and reactive maintenance on blow‑molding, packing and wrapping machines.
• Perform electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance on PLC systems.
• Assist with mechanical maintenance when required.
• Document work processes and maintain maintenance records.

Qualifications & Profile

• Junior Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a manufacturing background.
• Electrical bias and basic understanding of PLC fault‑finding.
• Willing to undertake further training on modern manufacturing equipment.
• Capable of working in a 3‑on‑3‑off shift pattern.
• Commutable to Oswestry.
