Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary steward of product integrity, ensuring all components departing the facility strictly adhere to international aerospace standards.
- Interpret complex customer specifications and lead cross‑functional teams to resolve non‑conformances through robust corrective action.
- Hold a central position within Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes, providing critical oversight and quality assurance from the initial design stages through to final delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong professional background within a manufacturing or engineering function.
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing and assembly techniques – planning, procurement, tools – ensuring quality is seamlessly integrated into every stage of the production cycle.
- Solid grasp of quality tools and technical documentation; experience with aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100) is advantageous, not mandatory.
- Compliance‑minded, with awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to integrity.
