Key Responsibilities

• Provide on‑site fault support and resolution
• Lead installation projects, from surveys to final handover
• Collaborate with end users and colleagues to plan and deliver solutions
• Input into solution design, quoting, and creating statements of work
• Ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Experience as an IT Technician or in a similar IT support role
• Networking knowledge (offline and Microsoft 365 skills essential)
• Strong organisational and planning abilities
• A hands‑on, problem‑solving approach with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset
• Experience as an IT Service Engineer is advantageous
