Test Engineer 4G/5G Telco

Senior Test Engineer | Contract | Reading/Newbury | Hybrid (2 days onsite)

I’m working with a leading consultancy seeking 2 Senior Test Engineers to join a major telecoms transformation programme on an initial 6-12 month contract, offering a strong day rate.

This role will see you testing 4G/5G Core network services, ensuring new and existing solutions are delivered to production with the highest levels of quality. You’ll work closely with design teams, operations and third-party vendors across a complex enterprise environment.

Key experience:

• Telecoms testing within 4G/5G environments
• Strong understanding of 4G/5G call flows and protocols
• End-to-end STLC and test execution
• HP ALM or similar test management tools
• Test automation tools and network simulators
• IMS, HSS/HLR, OCS, PCRF, Messaging or Billing platforms
• ISTQB certified
• Excellent stakeholder management and defect resolution
