Responsibilities
- Efficient handling, storage, and retrieval of records in a warehouse environment.
- Accurately receive, process, and store incoming records and materials in accordance with company procedures.
- Retrieve and prepare records at height in high racking systems, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize operational efficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients with their records‑management needs.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in warehouse operations or records management is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, warehouse management software, and handheld scanners.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A commitment to safety and compliance standards.
