Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for members, elevating their experience at every touchpoint.
- Address member inquiries and maintain meticulous administrative support.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere across the club, including Front of House duties and new member visits.
- Achieve monthly membership sales and growth targets, focusing on data and revenue.
- Tailor membership offerings to individual needs and expand corporate memberships in the local area.
- Provide advice on all exercise experiences and products offered by Virgin Active.
- Support the smooth operation of the club and consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assume Duty Shift responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and lead by example.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer‑centric, target‑driven role is desirable but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and approachability to members, prospects, and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills.
