Senior Consultant / Director – Antitrust and Competition

London

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams to deliver large‑scale, complex analyses and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Conduct sophisticated economic research across various industries, applying econometric analysis to economic and financial data.
  • Draft memos, expert reports and client presentations to support informed decision‑making.
  • Influence project strategy, including preparation and presentation of oral and written submissions.
  • Collaborate with in‑house experts and outside academics and manage and develop client relationships.
  • Participate in business development activities, including writing proposals, scoping projects and contributing to marketing efforts.
  • Recruit and manage junior team members, fostering their professional development.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s or PhD in Economics or a related discipline with an exceptional academic record.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in economic consulting, government or regulatory settings, specialising in competition policy/antitrust work.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills; additional proficiency in other European languages is preferred.
  • Strong empirical analysis skills, including econometrics.
  • Proven experience in business development and team management.
