We are looking for an exceptionally motivated Recruiter to join our expanding construction division. The role is ideal for a senior recruiter or a recruiter seeking a step up, with training and support to develop a team.

The position

Your daily routine will be varied, with core duties including:

• Liaising with clients to identify their recruitment needs
• Advertising and handling the response
• Meeting with candidates & clients
• Sourcing & presenting suitable candidate CVs for your client
• Negotiating employment offers and issuing contracts to candidates
• Attending networking events
