Dojo is looking for a dynamic Employee Relations Lead to shape our employee relations strategy. You will manage cases and collaborate with the People and Legal teams to enhance the employee experience.

Key responsibilities include managing ER cases, analyzing data to identify trends, and implementing effective policies. The ideal candidate has experience in employee relations or HR analytics and excellent communication skills. We maintain an office-first culture, requiring presence in the office 4+ days a week.
