As our Resident Liaison Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact between residents, project stakeholders, and the construction team. You will foster positive relationships with residents, address their concerns, and ensure their needs are met.
Your responsibilities include delivering a first‑class liaison and administrative support to the project team, maintaining professional and efficient communication, and coordinating with the construction crew to keep residents informed about project progress.
About You
You will have experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar project administration role with a main contractor on SHDF projects.
Experience with EasyBOP construction software is beneficial but not essential.
You must live within a reasonable distance of Basildon and hold a clean, full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
