Job Description:
The Nursing & Midwifery Council seeks a Lawyer committed to supporting high-quality adjudication for registrants. This role involves advocacy at hearings, preparing fitness to practise cases, and presenting complex cases in various legal environments, including the High Court.
Candidates should hold a UK Practising Certificate and demonstrate excellent communication, organisational skills, and a person-centred approach. Experience in regulatory law is preferred but not essential.
