Job Description

Summary

We are the public body that looks after England’s historic environment. We champion historic places, helping people understand, value and care for them. In this role you will support the Health & Safety and Legal teams in a dynamic environment.

What you will be doing

As Legal and Health & Safety Office Manager, you will provide essential administrative support across the Health & Safety and Legal teams, ensuring efficient operation of key business functions.

Who we are looking for

  • Administration/secretarial experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong experience and understanding of MS Word and Outlook, good aptitude for IT systems
  • Numerate with analytical skills
  • Excellent organisational skills – tidy and systematic approach
  • Proactive and able to use own initiative
