Senior Account Manager – Mobas

Our client services team is the lynchpin of our business, acting as the conduit between our clients and the internal team of experts. As a Senior Account Manager you will oversee and support our clients, generate ideas, drive change, and contribute to our success.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to help clients achieve their objectives with creativity, flair and ownership, and you’ll be accountable for delivering exceptional work you can be proud of.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for designated accounts and drive their businesses forward through the delivery of excellent marketing and brand outputs.
  • Collaborate with the wider Mobas team on client requirements and briefs, championing our clients within the business.
  • Develop and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the markets your client groups operate in and remain genuinely inquisitive about their worlds.
  • Work collaboratively to meet and exceed financial targets from your account portfolio.
  • Represent the agency at relevant networking or client‑related functions and identify potential upselling and/or new business opportunities.
  • Produce and present pitches to new clients, with support from the wider team.
  • Contribute positively to agency culture, embodying the Mobee spirit.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Commercial and strategic thinker capable of recognising new opportunities and developing accounts.
  • Agency experience or experience in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Innovative thinker and confident, compelling presenter.
  • Deep understanding of the marketing mix, especially emerging and digital marketing fields.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Desirable: knowledge of brand and creative campaign development, digital marketing, and website development.
  • Ability to manage and solve challenging situations, including when to escalates to the Group Account Director.
  • Experience in managing and motivating teams.
  • Team player who is passionate about delivering outstanding work and engaged with client partners.
