Via is scaling its UK enterprise sales motion and we’re hiring a Sales Executive to help lead the charge. You’ll open new accounts, run in-person meetings with senior decision-makers, and close subscription deals that turn into long-term partnerships. London-based, with UK travel

What you’ll be doing

  • Cold-calling senior HR, Head of Talent, COO, CFO, and CEO contacts at UK mid-market and enterprise companies
  • Booking and running in-person discovery and demo meetings
  • Owning the full sales cycle from first contact to closed-won
  • Selling Via’s job-slot subscription model (£15–18k per slot, multi-slot deals are standard for larger clients)
  • Building lasting client relationships alongside our Candidate Success team
  • Representing Via at industry events, networking, and on LinkedIn
  • Keeping CRM data clean and pipeline accurate
  • Feeding market insight back to product and leadership

What we’re looking for

  • Around 2+ years of B2B or services sales experience
  • A track record of hitting (and ideally beating) targets
  • Genuinely comfortable picking up the phone — cold-calling doesn’t faze you
  • Confident in face-to-face meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • UK-based and happy to travel for client meetings
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

Nice to have (but not essential)

  • Existing relationships with HR, Talent, or operations leaders at UK mid-market companies
  • Experience selling SaaS subscriptions in the £10–50k ACV range
  • Background in recruitment, RPO, or HR tech
  • Time spent at an early-stage company
