Sales Executive – North Midlands (Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire)

Harron Homes Limited is looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing housebuilder team in Nottinghamshire, UK.

Salary: £37,569 per year (estimated) with a competitive commission structure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full customer journey from enquiry through to completion.
  • Ensure every buyer receives a professional, supportive, and positive experience.
  • Drive sales by following up leads and presenting the sales or show area to the highest standard.
  • Maximise revenue opportunities and meet strong sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record in new build sales.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the housing market.
