Senior AI Model QA & Evaluation Lead

Mastek is seeking a Senior AI Model Tester based in Reading to drive the quality and performance of AI systems. In this role, you will lead AI model quality assurance and collaborate closely with engineering teams to design frameworks that evaluate accuracy and performance under stress.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in QA with strong expertise in Python and AI/ML model testing, as well as a degree in Data Science or a related field. Passion for improving AI system accuracy and fairness is crucial.
