Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an early career agile project manager to make a tangible impact on investment decision‑making capabilities and shape the future of evolving ways to delivery technology change. As part of an agile, cross‑functional team, you will help to plan, coordinate and facilitate agile delivery of small to medium scale projects that impact across business areas.
What You Will Do
- Managing project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Enabling Agile teams and facilitating core ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements
- Good exposure to project management, ideally in Agile environments.
- Certifications: PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certifications are an advantage.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project management and Agile software (ADO, ServiceNow).
- Soft Skills: Effective communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence.
