Retail Service Manager – Plymouth

What will you be doing?
- Be the face of CrossCountry onboard our trains, welcoming passengers and ensuring a high‑quality at‑seat catering service.
- Serve refreshments in Standard Class and offer complimentary service in First Class, ensuring passengers travel in comfort and style.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction by delivering efficient, proactive service at all times.
- Work seamlessly with onboard crew and local colleagues, upholding a professional appearance that reflects our brand.
- Support training and continuous development during the initial 4‑week training programme at our Customer Service Training Centre in Derby.
- Be flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Location requirement: Must live within 1 hour’s commute of Plymouth and be able to travel at unsocial hours reliably.
Salary: Starting salary £26,888, rising to £34,061 after successful training (based on a 38‑hour week).
