Salary: Starting from £25,004, with potential increases and performance bonuses
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Shift times: 8 am–9 pm Monday–Friday, 8 am–6 pm weekends.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and guide customers through their claims process immediately after an accident
- Provide empathetic support and ensure a reassuring experience for all customers
- Record interactions accurately and update customer records in line with company procedures
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Customer‑focused and empathetic with a strong communication style
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle administrative tasks accurately
- Experience working in a call‑center or customer‑facing environment is desirable (not mandatory)
