When it comes to us as individuals, our motto, ‘normal gets you nowhere’, is particularly resonant. Our in‑house, multi‑functional teams are made up of creative and technical minds, people who love what they do and can apply their skill and work their craft with imagination and intuition.

Some of the work we do

  • Optimising website performance, back and front‑end, for clients such as media and entertainment motion capture specialist Vicon, with conversion rate optimisation testing that has increased audience engagement.

As our Digital Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a diverse range of digital projects – big, small, and everything in between. You’ll be the key link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

A few of your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

  • Creating detailed project timelines, tracking progress, and providing regular updates.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and keeping them informed.
  • Translating client requirements into clear briefs for developers, designers, and quality assurance teams.
  • Keeping project plans, reports, and task boards up to date.
  • Identifying and resolving project issues or blockers efficiently.
  • Monitoring budgets and ensuring projects are delivered within scope.
  • Ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.

Key skills and experience we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in delivering website design and development projects on time and to specification.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and maintain excellent organisation.
  • A results‑driven, delivery‑focused mindset, with a passion for providing exceptional client service.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage with designers and developers at all levels, ensuring smooth project execution.

Bonus skills and experience

  • Solid technical knowledge of Magento/Adobe Commerce and WooCommerce.
  • Experience managing complex site migrations, particularly those involving large product datasets.
  • A background in web development, with an understanding of technical workflows and challenges.
