Rail Gourmet UK is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Leader at Kings Cross Station.

Key Information

Pay Rate: £14.47 per hour.

Hours: Full Time.

Shifts: Rotational shifts between 5am and 10pm, including weekends.

Applicants must be 18 years or older due to certain responsibilities within the role.

As a Customer Service Team Leader, you’ll:

  • Oversee efficient loading/unloading of catering equipment and stock from trains.
  • Manage order assembly and maintain precise control over inventory.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations.
  • Strategically place products to minimize wastage through effective rotation.
