Nolan Recruitment are recruiting a Commercial Manager on behalf of a growing client to support business growth, profitability and commercial performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused professional who can bridge the gap between finance and operations, manage contractual risk and drive strategic business objectives.

The role:

• Manage project and contract budgets, forecasts, and profit margins.
• Implement commercial strategies to support business growth.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Review and negotiate contracts to secure favourable commercial terms.
• Manage invoicing and payment processes.
• Work closely with Contract Managers to resolve commercial and payment issues.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
• Analyse performance data and report on key business metrics.

The ideal candidate:

• Qualification in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline (or working towards one).
• Strong understanding of commercial management, pricing strategies and P&L management.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts and financial performance.
• Commercially aware with the ability to make informed strategic decisions.
• Collaborative and professional approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
