Ministry of Justice in the UK is seeking a Band 5 Hub Manager to lead coaching and mentoring onboarding across a prison establishment. You will develop a centralized onboarding service, establish a buddying scheme, and plan learning and development to strengthen staff capability.
You will report to SMT, analyse development needs, and drive culture change while maintaining professionalism, safety and security. Mentoring skills are desirable and there is opportunity for formal qualifications.
