C&C Search is recruiting an Executive Assistant and Office Manager in Oxford to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, innovative financial services environment.
Position: Executive Assistant and Office Manager supporting ExCo level stakeholders while overseeing the smooth running of the Oxford office.
Hybrid set up: Predominantly office based.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-level Executive Assistant support to ExCo including diary management, inbox management and meeting coordination.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes and track follow‑up actions to ensure strong governance.
- Act as a central point of coordination for projects and priorities.
- Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Oxford office including facilities, suppliers and contractors.
- Organise company events, team activities and internal meetings.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and maintain a professional office environment.
- Oversee the general organisation and smooth running of the office.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager or in a similar role supporting senior stakeholders.
- Strong experience in diary management, meeting coordination and minute taking.
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and solutions‑focused approach with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Confident in using MS Office and administrative systems.
