CAPEX focused Engineering Manager / Maintenance Manager role based near Ashby de la Zouch.

• CAPEX focused role on engineering management with emphasis on improving maintenance planning via CMMS.
• Opportunity to manage CAPEX at a 140 headcount site within a 6,000-employee multinational.
• Varied responsibilities including CAPEX projects, H&S, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering/maintenance function with a focus on CAPEX and improvement initiatives.
• Drive maintenance planning improvements using CMMS.
• Manage CAPEX projects and budgets with backing from international business (£1m+ CAPEX budget).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement systematization on CMMS.

Candidate Background / Qualifications

• This is a leadership role; not hands-on unless critical.
• Proactive and positive attitude with a friendly, can-do approach.
• Experience in an international business environment with exposure to CAPEX and maintenance planning.

Location

Based near Ashby de la Zouch; commutable from Ashby, Burton, Tamworth, Swadlincote, Loughborough, Coalville, Melbourne, Long Eaton.
