Benefits Realisation and Data Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Benefits Realisation and Data Analyst to join our Portfolio Management Office (PMO).

Responsibilities

• Deliver workshops and coaching to build capability in benefits realisation and data analysis across the PMO.
• Lead the tracking, analysis and reporting of benefits, performance and outcomes across the portfolio.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools (including Power BI) to present clear and compelling insights.
• Provide analytical input into business cases, governance reporting and key decision‑making processes.
• Translate complex data into accessible, meaningful insights for a wide range of audiences.
• Support and influence programme and project teams to embed a data‑informed approach.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience working with complex datasets.
• Experience in benefits realisation, performance reporting and/or data analysis within programmes or projects.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and influence stakeholders.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 tools, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Understanding of programme/project environments and governance processes.
