The role: As a Last Mile Operations Manager you will oversee daily performance, resolve issues using digital tools, motivate couriers, and build strong relationships with Evri Business Partners, the community, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own service, cost and performance across your Delivery Unit(s)
• Ensure consistent, compliant, on‑time parcel flow and courier coverage
• Analyse digital dashboards and Service Tracker to identify and resolve risks
• Build strong relationships with EBP, couriers, support teams and unions
• Lead budget management with a focus on cost leadership and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement and proactive planning across all operations

Qualifications

• A strong analytical mindset and ability to prioritise effectively
• Experience managing operational performance in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication skills across dispersed or remote teams
• Ability to motivate, influence and engage multiple stakeholders
• Confident using digital dashboards, apps and operational tools
• Solid organisational and planning skills – especially when working across multiple sites
