Senior Private Sector Housing Team Lead (HHSRS)

Osborne Richardson is seeking an experienced Team Leader for their Private Sector Housing Team in South London. This role supports the Service Manager in managing development and operations of the borough-wide private rented licensing scheme.

The ideal candidate will have a background in management or at least 5 years in the relevant field, with knowledge of the HHSRS and local authority housing. The contract starts ASAP, lasting an initial 3 months, with a pay of £350 per day.
