Carrington West is seeking an Interim Capital Projects Project Management Surveyor for an initial 6-month contract. Based at Castle Point Borough Council, this role will involve managing a range of capital and maintenance projects across the property portfolio. You will work closely with senior management to ensure effective project delivery.
The ideal candidate should be MRICS qualified and have experience in public sector capital programmes with strong knowledge of construction contracts. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to drive outcomes in a complex environment.
