Overview
The Corporate Strategy & Planning team plays a central role in shaping AVEVA’s long‑term direction and growth. As a Manager, Corporate Strategy & Planning, you will support the development and execution of enterprise strategy and long‑range plans, working closely with senior leaders across the business. This is a hands‑on, analytical role in a lean, collaborative team, offering exposure to executive decision‑making and the opportunity to work at the intersection of industrial software, technology, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support enterprise strategy and long‑range planning through structured analysis, scenario evaluation, and executive‑ready materials
- Conduct financial, quantitative, and qualitative analyses to assess performance, portfolio choices, and strategic trade‑offs
- Analyze market, competitive, and industry trends across industrial software, engineering workflows, and asset‑centric operations
- Partner with Product, R&D, Sales, Finance, and GTM teams to inform strategic direction across the Design‑Build‑Operate‑Optimize lifecycle
- Contribute to selective strategic initiatives, including growth priorities, portfolio reviews, and transformation efforts
Essential Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, consulting, or technical roles with strong analytical components
- Background or strong exposure to engineering, industrial software, industrial automation, or related technical domains
- Strong hands‑on analytical capability, including financial modeling and structured problem solving
- Ability to synthesize complex technical and commercial inputs into clear, actionable insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

Hybrid Working
