Customer Service Supervisor – Retail Lead (Part-Time)

B&M Retail is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Fort William. This permanent, part-time role requires you to work 20 hours per week with flexibility for shifts between 7:00am and 8:30pm.

In this position, you will support the Customer Service Manager and oversee the cash office and checkout area, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered by your team. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, focused, and have experience in fast-paced retail environments.
