Process Innovation Lead — Data-Driven Delivery

Rolls-Royce SMR is looking for a Capability Lead – Process Innovation to enhance engineering processes and support long-term programme success. This hybrid role is primarily based in Derby requiring regular office attendance.

The successful candidate will lead the deployment of innovative processes, drive digital approaches, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. A degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is essential, along with experience in managing process improvement initiatives.
