Overview

We are looking for an experienced and credible leader to serve as the host employer for the Gloucestershire Provider Partnership (GPP) at Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust (GHC). The GPP brings together Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust, Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Gloucestershire GP’s Collaborative to deliver transformational change and greater integration across health and care services in Gloucestershire.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Brings significant expertise in programme management, quality improvement, and partnership working.
• Has a successful track record of delivering large‑scale transformation and service redesign across complex health and care systems.
• Can influence and build consensus at Board and Executive level.
• Thrives in complex environments and can successfully manage competing priorities and stakeholders.
• Is passionate about integrated care, innovation and improving outcomes for local communities.
