Business Change Manager – Contract Opportunity

• 3-month initial contract

We’re supporting a major MSP transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to drive stakeholder engagement, business readiness, adoption, and organisational change across a complex transformation landscape.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate recent experience delivering business change within MSP transformation, migration, or transition programmes.

Key Requirements

• Recent MSP transformation, migration, or transition experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience delivering business readiness and change impact assessments
• Ability to facilitate workshops, awareness sessions, and engagement activities
• Track record of driving adoption and embedding new ways of working
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, complex programme environments

You’ll work closely with programme teams to ensure change activities are fully integrated into delivery plans, whilst monitoring adoption, engagement, and readiness across the organisation.
