NnDefine and execute the CDD product strategy aligned to financial crime risk appetite and regulatory obligations NDesign, build, and continuously improve CDD products across onboarding, periodic review, and event-driven processes NPartner with operations, technology, and third-party providers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions NWork with 2nd Line Financial Crime to define product requirements and ensure effective monitoring and oversight NOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through to optimisation and decommissioning NEnsure products meetregulatory expectations, audit standards, and internal policies NDrive automation, digitisation, and use of data analytics to improve outcomes NEmbed governance, controls, and performance monitoring across all CDD products NLead vendor selection, integration, and ongoing third-party management NBuild and lead a high-performing product team and foster innovation NnAnd… we are a bank,so risk is a part of everything we do.
