NHow you’ll contribute: NYou’ll be working with the cross-functional teams that make up Grow — a squad that’s rethinking how people can earn a return on all of their money, no matter the currency, goal or risk appetite. NDay to day, you will: NnnCollaborate with your design, product and engineering partners to lead the squad, set the vision and strategy, and coach teams to deliver it NnnWork on the highest impact projects in the squad, setting direction for upcoming work NnnSupport designers in planning and prioritising the highest-impact work NnnUse yourdesign leadership skills to up-level quality, maturity and alignment across the Grow squad NnnBuild systems that help the squad bring the product to new markets, balancing a global vision with local nuance NnnWork with design leads from across Wise to build a single, seamless experience for customers NnnDirectlylead three content designers, mentoring and supporting their career growth NnnYou’ll also be part of the Content Guild, and will regularly collaborate with Wise’s content community. As one of our most senior content designers, you’ll also lead discussions, share knowledge, provide feedback, support peers, and help foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement that benefits both the Guild and the wider organisation.
