NSkills and Competencies Nn5+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a related field, preferably in a multinational environment. NnEducation n NBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related discipline NnResponsibilities NLeads and supports global benefits delivery, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while partnering with stakeholders. NnLead the day-to-day management and delivery of benefits programs across assigned countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with Moody’s global standards. NIndependently managecomplex benefit cases, escalations, and problem resolution, exercising sound judgment and expertise. NEnsure accurate and timely processing of benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations, with a strong focus on data integrity and quality. NOversee data accuracy and governance within benefits administration systems, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies. NServe as a subject matter expert and escalation point for employee benefit inquiries, providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members as needed. NLead and support keyoperational processes such as open enrollment, leave of absence coordination, and benefits onboarding/offboarding activities across multiple countries. NManage relationshipswith vendors and internal partners to ensure service delivery meets agreed service levels and business expectations. NProactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve vendor or system issues, driving root-cause analysis and sustainable solutions. NMaintain, enhance, and standardize benefits documentation, including SOPs, employee communications, and regulatory submissions. NAnalyze service metrics, employee feedback, participation, and cost data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. NSupport and lead audits, complex data validation activities, and regulatory or compliance reporting requirements. NPlay a key role in the implementation, optimization, and governance of benefits systems, tools, and employee self-service platforms. NLead or actively contribute to global and regional benefits projects, including harmonization efforts, system implementations, and process standardization initiatives. NStay current on legislative developments, market trends, and best practices to proactively recommend enhancements to benefit programs and operations. NChampion the use of AI-driven tools and automation to improve efficiency, scalability, personalization, and overall employee experience.
