The Role
You will play a key role in advising clients on a broad range of aviation matters, with a particular focus on:• Aviation finance transactions• Aircraft leasing• Regulatory and compliance matters• Sale and purchase transactions• General commercial and cross-border aviation workThe role offers exposure to complex, high-value international transactions, working closely with senior partners and clients across multiple jurisdictions.
We are keen to hear from candidates who meet the following criteria
- Experience gained at a leading law firm or in-house aviation practice
- A solid aviation-focused background is essential
- Broad experience across finance, leasing, regulatory and transactional work
- Able to operate across the full spectrum of aviation matters, rather than being highly specialised in a single area
- Strong technical skills, commercial awareness and excellent drafting abilities
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
