YC Combinator Backed Start-Up | Profitable & Hyper-Growth | Senior/Staff/Principal | Up to £140K | 3 Days Per Week in London

I am looking for Senior, Staff & Principal engineers to come and be part of a company with a clear mission and target to make a positive change.

The Role:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation, deployment, feedback, and measurement
• Communicate new features with internal and external stakeholders, gathering input pre-implementation and supporting launches
• Design and build intuitive, high-performance web interfaces for business users
• Lead architectural decisions to improve scalability, observability, and codebase modularity
• Maintain high code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews
• Mentor junior engineers through pairing, reviews, and ongoing feedback

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript & Node.
• Experience working with Next.js, Express & PostgreSQL
• Experience in high pace early-stage businesses, with the ability to work end-to-end across the entire product development process, taking high ownership & accountability.
• Strong understanding of frontend & backend software engineering best practices
• Up to £130K base salary
