Backed by a prestigious financial group, this purpose-led business has already completely disrupted a centuries-old, adversarial industry by navigating complex relationship changes with kindness, transparency, and empathy.
They are now at a pivotal milestone: expanding from a disruptive separation service into the world’s definitive “relationship health” ecosystem.
To lead this charge, they need a rare breed of leader. You will not be a corporate delegator; you will be an operational architect, a low-ego change agent, and an expert in unit economics who builds an agile, automated, AI-first operating model from the ground up.
The Mandate: Strategy Meets Execution
Reporting directly to the Co-Founder as a vital member of the Executive Team, you will fully own the brand, marketing, and customer strategy across all channels.
Your Primary Objectives
- Optimise Unit Economics: Take full performance ownership, driving aggressive year-on-year growth while ruthlessly improving CLTV and CAC to maintain healthy efficiency benchmarks.
- Architect an AI-First Ecosystem: Move beyond basic prompting. You will design and embed agentic, automated marketing workflows (using tools like n8n, Claude, or similar) across content creation, copywriting, social media, and lead generation.
- Elevate Brand & CX: Refine positioning and competitive differentiation across organic (SEO/PR), paid media, and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) to capture high-intent audiences without losing the brand’s profound human empathy.
- Lead & Coach: Modernise the marketing function, guiding a passionate team through an evolution toward a leaner, faster, data-driven operating model.
- The Track Record: Proven senior marketing leadership within a fast-scaling D2C/B2C consumer environment. High-growth experience in complex or high-engagement sectors like fintech, subscription models, or online legal/financial services is highly desirable.
- The AI Tech Savvy: You possess genuine AI and martech fluency. You understand how to use automated workflows to scale a lean team’s output exponentially.
- The Analytical Edge: Highly data-literate. You are comfortable managing attribution models and working natively with tools like HubSpot, Power BI, Airtable, and Google Suite.
- The Mindset: A perfectionist when it comes to quality, but an agile operator who loves a “test-and-learn” culture. You can easily translate complex data into succinct, commercial narratives that win over board-level stakeholders.
- Compliance Minded: Strong understanding of UK consumer marketing regulations, including GDPR, PECR, and ASA/CAP codes.
- Compensation: £100,000 – £125,000 dependent on experience + Share Incentive Plan
